Fast Track Estate Agency
Fast Track Estate Agency is a new UK estate agency specialising in achieving quick property sales. The estate agency is web based and this logo will be shown on our website (in development), next to all properties we display on the major property portals, on ‘For Sale’ boards and in property brochures.
The unique selling point of our estate agency is that the properties we advertise are slightly discounted in order to sell them quicker. The name has been chosen to represent that sales will be quicker than normal.

Our audience is split between:
Property Buyers who are looking for discounted property and able to buy quickly - i.e. they have finance in place and are not in a property chain. They buy through us as they know they can buy property at a discount. They are normally relatively affluent property investors. The majority are male between 35-55 years old.
Homeowners - 30 yrs to 70yrs old. They need to sell their property quickly (normally within 8 weeks) and they are willing to accept an offer that may be below the market value. Their demographics is varied.
‘Fast Track’ & ‘Estate Agency’ needs to be shown in logo somewhere. ‘Fast Track’ needs to be the prominent part - ‘estate agency’ can be smaller / different font.
Needs to be a ‘clever’ unique design. This can involve just appealing typography with or without a separate illustration.
If any theme is incorporated it should be ‘speed’ - our USP. I don’t want the normal standard variation on houses used by many estate agents & realtors. I am not ruling out all property related illustrations as long as it meets my other requirements.
