Logo is primarily for a website.
The image/logo will also need to be used without the text - for ico files on the web browser for example. This should be clear to see the logo so the brand is still recognisable.
I prefer the logo's image to the left of the text generally, as for the website header a rectangular aspect ratio is needed.
The logo's image should be able to be reproduced separately as a square aspect ration without the company name (i.e. without 'Low tread').
Lot's of submitted designs are coming in black and red - whilst I need a strong design, I probably won't choose a red logo (or a purely black one).
Whilst initially I mentioned that fact that Low Tread is a tyre terminology, I don't want a logo that makes us look like a tyre business/seller (or a car wheel specialist).
I prefer simpler, cleaner abstract logos to detailed/life like/realistic images.
Anything that looks like clipart will be rejected.
The logo should work in colour and in black and white (for print).
I like the style of logo found on SimilarWeb - https://www.similarweb.com/
