Globe 24-7 HR & Employment Services is an Australian based firm, specializing in the unique recruitment and HR needs of Resources Companies operating in Africa (90%) & Australia (10%). We have been operating for 6 years, and are one of a very small number of recruitment firms focusing on the African market. We have successfully built a name with some key players in the mining industry, operating throughout Australia and Africa. We only work with mining companies.
Combined with an existing Perth & Mauritian office, we recently opened three new offices; one in Ghana (West Africa), one in South Africa, and one in London (primarily targeting UK-based companies with mine sites in Africa). We also do a small amount of work within Australia and envisage that we will have further growth into Canada and eventually Asia.
Our current logo is red and blue, featuring a world globe in place of the ‘O’. The text is black, and quite a standard font - with a white background. (see attched file).
This is our first time to use this service, and there is potential for more work as we develop new stationary and a website.
Our target audience is two-fold: we need to be attractive and memorable for both job-seekers and large multinational mining companies.
Our brand is built on strong relationships with clients and candidates.
We want a bold logo that will communicate our strength and permanency within the market. It should reflect our international presence but focus on Africa, perhaps using the bold colours of an African sunset, or landscape. We are looking for something modern, but long-lasting: not something that will need to be updated again in 3 years.
As our name does not explain what we do, we use various taglines under our logo including:
• HR Consulting & Recruitment Specialists (on business cards)
• HR Consulting & Recruitment Specialists in the African Mining Industry (on African specific brochures)
This may not have to be part of the logo, but we would like to see some options of designs with these included as well.
