Updated logo design for badass mortgage company

We are wanting to update our company logo. We are a mortgage company that is based on the west coast of USA. We are not your average mortgage company. We wear sweatshirts, backwards hats, and sneakers instead of your typical suit and tie. We are moving away from the lowercase "D" in dwell Mortgage to a capital "D". We also want to keep the tree since that is symbolic of our values and our "roots" ;). Our current colors are black, various grays, white, and a teal blue (Hex code #00a9e0). We are wanting to add another complimenting color to our logo as well and modernize the look! We would ideally like a different color instead of blue for the secondary color.

We like to stay away from houses, roofs, and keys in the design.
