Create a fresh and eye-cathing header and footer for personal brand website

The Training Authority

The Training Authority is a personal and professional training development company. I work with corporate clients and entrepreneurs to help them improve their skills.

Create a fresh and eye-catching header and for our new website.
1. The banner should have my image (attached) as well as name name logo Keshelle Davis (attached) and The Training Authority logo (attached). For the header, the image with me standing should be used.
For the footer, the image with me sitting in the chair should be used.

3. The banner should have the credibility logos as well (attached)
4. This is a header and footer I like and modeled off of is http://www.alibrown.com (but using my brand colors)
5. Colors for use are attached WITH TEAL (code289083)
Of course, the banner should be MOBILE FRIENDLY.
6. OPTIONAL: The words "Become Your Best Self, Realize Your Biggest Dreams" can be added to the banner.

Attached is also a brand book that would give you an idea of style. I want a clean, modern and professional look. It should say premium and authority. I prefer a white background with the the photo standing out but open to other looks
I'm also open to having the logo converted to a grey or silver -ish text similar to the color second sample header 2.
