$350 AUD Folder and Brochure Design

I need help in designing Folder and Brochure which our company (RMDSTEM Limited) will use on a regular basis when presenting marketing material to our clients.

Accepted File Formats:
Adobe Photoshop File (.eps) and Word format for the brochure

I need help in designing Folder and Brochure which our company (RMDSTEM Limited) will use on a regular basis when presenting marketing material to our clients.

For the brochure design we only need a layout / frame set up in a way that later we are able to add / edit text using Microsoft Word.

Folder layout is attached.
Logo and sample business card are attached to help you in the design.

What I want is a generic design that has our logo and a web site link http://www.rmdstem.com.au

I am keen to finish the contest by 22/03/07 and hope to announce the winner on 23/03/07. Upon a winner being chosen, full design rights will be transferred over to RMDSTEM, meaning the winner will not be able to use that specific design again for any other project.

I plan to provide feedback daily.

Payment options will be discussed with the contest winner.
