We are Change Architects who believe that today's businesses can achieve organizational change through a renewed belief in collaboration between managers/leaders and their employees. So, what the hell does that mean? We help managers/leaders to really get their role as a change agent and what it looks like in action. This helps map out a path for change that engages employees as partners. We believe that when it comes to change, employees have a wealth of knowledge and ideas. Working together with managers and employees, we help them develop a plan to successfully bring change to the business. We use multi-media, music, large group methods, training, strategic planning, and financial analysis to make it all happen. We're fun. We don't take ourselves too seriously.

We are targeting HR Directors/Executives and IT Directors/Executives in mid-size to large organizations. They recognize that employee engagement is critical to bringing change that "sticks." They are planning change that will impact the workforce (and customers) and want fresh ideas.
