and a smiley with hearts as eyes
All off the smiley's must come in three versions:
1) Holding a standard flag (2:3 width: length ratio)
2) Holding a pennant (triangle flag) with two colors split vertically
3) Holding a scarf over his head. The scarf has two colors split multiple times vertically.
