Brand: VCN Service Desk
I am running a logo contest for the Virtual Connections Connections logo that will be closing in the next day or two. This contest is an off shoot of this because some submissions in that contest, while not appropriate for the logo, will be great for use in special circumstances. This contest is for the sub-brand for the VCN Service Desk.
Target Audience is the same as for the VCN Logo:

To build on the main VCN brand, the Service Desk Branding will focus on the use of an OWL image as the Service Desk Mascot with the motto, "Share the Wisdom". Am open to owl images that plays off the VCN Logo Contest winner. While this contest is still open to allow for image refinements - the selection (winning submission) will be based on #110 (the upper version which uses crillee font).
File/Font Format Requirements:
- Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
- Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (Black/White)
Font: crillee (available for free)
Color scheme: Teal & Copper on white background. The file should be free of any testing or interim layers. Image size should be appropriate for placement/use in the following 4 scenarios:
1.A) A square-ish image which includes the owl image and the following text: Share the Wisdom and VCN Service Desk
The 'Share the Wisdom' text would be left justified with each word sitting below the other. Then below that - the phrase 'VCN Service Desk'. This should leave the upper right quadrant open for an owl image that is looking toward the left.
1.B) This is essentially a mirror of version 1A. So owl & text is flipped, with owl looking to right.
2.A) A rectangle-ish image which includes the owl image and the following text: VCN Service Desk
The 'VCN Service Desk' text would be left justified with each word sitting below the other. This should leave the right quadrant open for an owl image that is looking toward the left.
2.B) This is essentially a mirror of version 1A. So owl & text is flipped, with owl looking to right.
Thus, where the image is bigger - it lends more emphasis, while the rectangle-ish version can be used when space is an issue.
