We provide service and maintenance for luxury European automobiles. Target audience - drivers of European cars (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche...etc).
Our mission is "To provide a uniquely transparent customer-centered auto repair experience that strives everyday to become your most respected service brand for European automobiles."
Che cosa ti ispira e qual è la visione del design della tua attività?
We are a hospitality based company. Our award-winning level of customer service is what really separates us from our competition. Even though we are an auto repair comapny, we want our separate ourselves from the standard and common stereotypes. We want to design a direct mail piece that is simplistic, modern, clean design that looks more like a boutique hotel, lounge or other favorite place - not an auto repair shop. The front of the mailer should have an attention grabbing headline and have a headline photo/ image that impactfully tells the story of who we are and what makes us different. The back of the piece is to be more informational and has to have space for 3 special offers to encourage potential new customers to bring special offer in for redemption. In the past, I have used dotted lines to simulate a cut out coupon and has worked well for redemption rates. I am open to other layout ideas as I want design to be elegant clean and simple.
I have attached design specs sheet for mailer. Mailer must abide by provided specifications for print. Please visit our Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/foreignaffairsauto/) to also get a good vibe of who we are as an organization. We heavily integrate coffee (espresso and cappuccino) into our customer culture and have a beautiful waiting lounge/ reception area that customers cant believe they are in an auto repair shop when they come to visit us. We need to communicate this in our mailer design. Mailer has to create an emotional connection.
