We are a nonprofit ministry seeking to improve the quality of life of employees all around the US. Our clients are large and small, allowing our chaplains to meet physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental needs of their people. This newsletter should have a "Kiplinger Letter" feel to it. We want to convey a simple approach to our people in this current economic climate. The title should have the words "corporate" a version of "chaplain" in it. I came up with Corporate ChapLines, but I am open to hear your better suggestions! The tone should be caring, but professional at the same time. We are conservative, evangelical, but definitely think outside of the box and are fine with being innovative.

This newsletter has 4 intended targets-1. our current and potential clients (company owners of all size, but mostly conservative and Christian), 2. current and potential donors (we are a nonprofit and solicit tax deductible donations), 3. our staff chaplains, and 4. ministry partners (other workplace ministries and nonprofit organizations such as churches.
This newsletter will be mailed in hard copy form on a monthly basis. It needs to be a template that I can fill in the copy for-so make it user friendly! :-) A simple word doc is fine. It should resemble a Kiplinger Letter (see attached) in format. Good colors to use are red and black (see CCA logo attached). Be sure to include our current logo in some way in the artwork that you create. You can just incorporate it into a banner across the top or something, just fine with me. Feel free to create a title and tagline for the newlsetter. I came up with Corporate ChapLines for the title and Generations of Caring in the Workplace for a tagline, but I am definitely not married to it. It should convey care/communication and a sense that the CCA is professional at the same time. Simple, clean lines are good. A banner across the top, a text box to one side, and a tag line are all good. Beyond that, feel free to take creative license as long as it fits into the theme of the Kiplinger style letter.
