Free DL size meal coupon design for restaurant

My name is Jamie Winton. I am the owner of a successful restaurant in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. My business is seasonal and with winter coming on I need to drive some traffic into the restaurant and the best way to do this is to give something away, in this instance breakfast!

The free breakfast will be given away via a free breakfast coupon that will be delivered directly to peoples letterboxes in an area close to the restaurant.

I have had a local designer put together a coupon although I think it is a little bland. There work is attached. The coupon is DL in size with informaiton on both sides.

I require the wording to remain the same as can be found on page 2 and 4 of the attached.

I have also attached my business logo. Aside from that the job is very straight forward.

Colours that may suit include black, grey, gold, cream, etc.

I want printing to be as cheap as possible so please keep this in mind when designing.
