Fun billboard needed for restaurant that shows an astronaut pictured with a chicken sandwich

We serve Nashville Hot Chicken in Houston, Texas. Our target audience is young professionals (25-34 yrs). It's an exciting food adventure for our visitors who stand in line for an hour or more at time to try our different heat levels. We serve No Heat, Mild, Medium, Hot, and Extra Hot. We have a small kitchen, but large and fun outdoor patio. *Please do not use stock photos. We're looking for unique drawing.*

We are wanting a Houston themed billboard. Houston is known as Space City. The popular saying for Houston is, "Houston, we have a problem." referring to Apollo 13. We would like an astronaut pictured with our chicken sandwich. Find the attached photos for inspiration.
