Air conditioning & heating for residential homes in the U.S.

I want a billboard designed the size is 12 ft x 25 ft. It is NON illuminated version it is only viewed during the day.
We have our building with a showroom located directly across the street from the billboard, so definitely incorporate something on the sign inviting people to come in. People are driving about 50 mph past the sign so it needs to be a quick easy read, just like everything we do I want it to look professional and a little elegant. This message is to homeowners with a lot of disposable income.
One key ingredient is we want this based around a question to the homeowner ..."Do you have a warm room?" and then maybe "We have a solution" or something along those lines. Don't necessarily take my words if you can re phrase it so it sounds better feel free to do so.

Please make sure you use the Mitsubishi Electric logo and not just a Mitsubishi logo. The sign needs to have Mitsubishi Electric featured as well as Ellington Air Conditioning as "the solution". I am open to ideas of how to be creative on a billboard. I included a brochure so you could learn what the product is just in case you were not aware.
