We need the home page and product page to be refreshed. All basic information should stay the same. Redesign of logo and icons on the homepage (doesn't have to be major). I would like the row with 4 products to stay (although the place/way of they display may change). Instead of two featured products on the page, one should stay (or two, if it helps the design). The contents of the paragraph in the column on the right should also stay (for SEO purposes), but again, may change the location.
We sell a very niche product with a few major competitors. Most people have no idea about the choices available when they search for this kind of product, and are not familiar with any brands. The landing page, and the website in general should elicit the immediate desire to purchase OUR product (or call the 800 number, or start a chat). Our machines are on average slightly more expensive than the competition, so the image of reliability and professionalism should compel the buyer to buy from us, now. We only have 6 models, 3 models are responsible for the majority of sales. The whole concept is geared toward a fast, good first impression sale. All customers are small business owners, government organizations, schools, churches.
