Restaurants are challenged today. They have to create paper menus, QR code menus, and put menus on their website. They have to maintain multiple sets of data to do this. We have created an application that allows them to put their data in once and produce all the menus they need for their restaurant, cafe, bar or pizzeria. Our application is a hosted application. This logo will be on our marketing website and will also be inside the application. We should signal we are modern and easy to work with.

I believe that people come to a page and spend only seconds there to determine if it's right for them. So the visual elements on the landing/homepage need to be relevant and help visually explain things. Images and/or photos that look good but don't relate to the product are distracting in my opinion. The site should use a blend of actual product images and icons or illustrations. I'm not married to the color palette we are using in our application. The colors on the website just need to look like the same brand.

(NOTE: Figma would be there preferred method for delivering the final deliverable although if that does not work for you we are open to other options.) The website should be built for restaurant owners and/or managers who are looking for a solution to manage their menus. It should show off what restaurant customers will see when they come into a restaurant to dine. I believe that video is likely the best way to sell. I plan to create several of video for the website. I think of websites as a funnel. Everything should move you in the direction of creating a free account. Page 1 – The Landing Page The focus of this page should be to get people (restaurant owners) to sign up for a free trial. The page’s focus should be to explain what our product does. Images/videos should help potential buyers quickly understand what we do. In the uploaded files of this brief, I have added some screen shots: “Sample 1” and “Sample 2” are pictures of the menu that comes up on a restaurant customer’s phone when they scan the QR code. Also, it might be good to find a nice image of someone in a restaurant scanning a QR code. Our system also allows restaurants to print the QR menu as a nice paper menu. It would be good to highlight that visually. The homepage should also integrate customer stories. Perhaps on cards that pop up with more details. Page 2 – Product Page This page should take a deeper dive into what our product does and how it works. I think of this page having 4 sections/panels. a) The problem we are solving b) What people eating in restaurants see (these are our customer’s customers. c) How setup works – the admin application d) What do to get started You can see what our application looks like here: http://99d.me/e/o7zz/21k2w5 Page 3 – Pricing Page A compelling statement and a pricing table. The pricing table should have 3 different subscription levels. The first should be the free tier. The second (or middle) should be the "highlighted" option. The table should have the subscription price (per month or per year…maybe a toggle to switch between the two), a subscription name and the key features. Overall: From the menu on the website, we should have the following: Product | Resources | Pricing [AS WELL AS] Login | Get My Free Account A note about responsiveness: The ability to create a responsive design for mobile will be something that we consider when selecting a winner. Please provide a sample of how your design will work on mobile.

We are using the color palette attached to this design brief for our application. A different palette could be developed for the website, but it would need to seem like it’s the same company. We have a logo that can be used on white, black or our Tawny background. We are attaching a file that shows the intended use as well as the 3 logo files.
