design for a business directory

This contest is for design in psd format, will consider other formats, coded html css a bonues but just looking for a really good design. looking for a creative design,

the main home page,
a category/business listings page,
a submit a business page,

Only the home page is required for the contest then the chosen winner will create the other 2 pages after.

who d0es what

The site is going to compliment a printed business directory. The site and printed directory are both for small/medium local business that are providing products and services for other local business and local people, so we are not looking for a palm tree and sunny beach theme, we want a usable, fun but clear site.

the site will allow users to search for businesses, browse by category and have featured listings. on the home page I need a fun but clear design with,
- an eye catching 'advertise with us free' link.
- a large search business by type, by name or by location, maybe 3 input boxes.
- a login section- (not a major section of the page, maybe verticle along the top or middle)
- a catagories section in the center- don't worry about what catagories just make them up.-
- a featured business's section-text ads with maybe a small icon,
- the logo - would like to see this maybe integrated in the site design.
- Clear sections, not all cramped toghetherWant creative ideas!!
