We are an e-learning company. We provide online TEFL courses and post graduation job placements. The main focuses are travel, education, independence and career.

Evolution is what we're looking for. Let's keep a similar theme to what we have now.

Some pages we would like to add new elements/pulldowns etc.
Mobile friendly a must.
Integrating more video on the site is a goal as well.
Same or very similar colour scheme.
Many of the redesigned elements will be recycled on other pages you are working on.

- everything was designed a bit too large, and had to be scaled down to 80% in Chrome. Even then feels too big. Would like the top slider tightened up and made smaller. The fonts and font spacing does not feel uniform.
- a menu changeover to the "thinkific" style would look good.
- the social buttons moved from the very top and repositioned accordingly.

- needs a redo so the pics are more uniform, vids are more uniform, spacing is better
- submission form needs to be redesigned as well

- currently not very readable or comfortable on the eyes. Overall font, spacing and layout redesign required here.

Please go ahead with stock images, but keep them mid-level pricing at the most.
