Re-evolution

Re-evolution is all about sharing, educating, and getting people involved in passivhaus construction, clean/green energy, global warming, and also a home for the founder's passion of art (somewhat of a portfolio of his original art), philosophy (blog), and music.

Audience/content type:
[Passivhaus construction, clean/green energy, global warming] Gen Xers, Gen Y, and Millennials. Millennials, generally, believe and understand the importance of reversing global warming and implementing clean energy solutions, while Gen Xers/Y have the legislative and business power to do so.
[Music] acoustic guitar; Meditative, children's genres
[Art] Sculptures, paintings, drawings; realistic, abstract genres
[Philosophy] people who value self-improvement, self-motivation, and growing.

Adam Cohen is a North American leader in the construction of Passivhaus homes and structures. He is certified and has been doing educational speaking events across the country to help share this passion of his for trying to save the world from global warming.

Three adjectives we want people to associate with our site is: creative, informative, and honest.

The page being designed will be a landing page with an area for a video or photo placement, such as a carousel or jumbotron (Bootstrap examples). A feature we are planning to incorporate is a mailing list, so having an area on the landing page for signing up would be nice. We will most likely be using MailChimp for our mailing list.

Obviously, green is a common color that is associated with clean/green energy, so that's something we'd like incorporated, but we'd like the design to be modern, appealing to Millennials.

There will be page expansion in the future, so the developer is mostly concerned about being able to take a design scheme and apply it to future pages, such as a portfolio or blog page.

When it comes to placement and color schemes, we are trusting in the designers to be creative and make decisions based off what they think is best to accomplish: repeat visitors, interacting with content (such as a video or infographic), and educate.

I am the developer and am clearly not a designer, but am willing to answer any questions or provide any needed information to get as close to the solution were looking for!

This site will be made to be mobile responsive.
