4. Care about the welfare of dogs: we would not sell anything we would not personally use for our own dogs, percentage of profits towards dog orientated charity.

People who view dogs as members of the family rather than a pet. People willing to spend a bit more to get a product of a higher quality. People who buy products based on their environmental and social values rather than what is the cheapest option.
I would probably say this would mainly include people aged 25+, couples and singles without children, majority of customers female.
We would like Eco Mutz to have a natural and earthy feel about it, but also one that is fun (bright colours like earthdog website - http://www.earthdog.com).
It should convey a professional image that helps to build trust and confidence among potential clients but is not corporate. ( I would like to promote the fact that we are a small, customer focused, ethical business)
