I am the founder and CEO of Priority MD Search, LLC. We do what physician job boards and physician recruiters cannot. Built from the ground up to be a personalized physician search engine, Physician Search 2.0 (our mantra and calling card) combines C-level recruitment analytics with deep reach physician communication. Hospitals and clinics engage us to find doctors where they live, work & play online. We deliver a legendary physician search experience that leaves everything, including legacy recruiting, in its wake.
I used to work for one of the nations largest physician search and consulting firms and saw first hand how their methods of finding doctors hearkened back to the 80's: direct mail. With over 12M-14M letters sent out annually and only .01% to .04% response rate, I knew there had to be a better, less invasive and more powerful way to reach physicians.
Realizing that physicians are simply people as well, they live, work and play online just like you and I. Google did a study that found that 86% of physicians are online + their #1 action is to use search engines and 92% of them used Google. They also blog & they're on T, LI & FB.
We've created an interactive recruiting marketing platform that lets the client simply enter the job opportunity. We turn the job into a living web page that is SEO optimized and can be found online by google, linked and facebook.
Our target audience is segmented into two groups:
1. Group 1 is the 6k hospitals & 36k clinics in the USA
2. Group 2 are the 650k physician who are in private practice (out of 850k)
95% of all hospitals along with ~70% of all clinics are currently recruiting doctors as there is a war for physician talent.
The challenge for hospitals is that the retained recruiting firms are charging $25k to $50 per search assignment & not delivering 75% of the time. Our solution collapses this cost to a fraction of the $25k to $50k. Clients can't believe our pricing, our delivery & our reach as we reach the 70% of the passive physician talent pool job boards & recruiters cannot.
The challenge for doctors is that the physician job boards require them to sign up & provide phone# & other personal information just to see the jobs, jobs they say that are looked over again & again by the usual suspects (same active doctors on the prowl looking for jobs). They also have grown tired of the sales cold calls from headhunters all day and night. They prefer to look on their time, online, in places they already live, work & play (Facebook, LinkeIn, Twitter, Blogs, Search Engines). Additionally they prefer to be anonymous when then search until they see something they like & they are ready to apply. We build our solution specifically for them with the help of their feedback & concerns.
