why are we developing a new website:

the company has had steep growth in the last few years and the current website we feel doesn't reflect the size of our organisation. The current website also has too much text.

What we need in the new website

- A clean look and feel with less text
- Website should be SIMPLE but elegant ( as an example http://teamexcellence.com/ )
- We have a new logo. please see attached. Please work to this colour scheme.
- Reflects a large growing organisation and is professional
- It's very important that the new design is Wordpress friendly as wordpress would be used as CMS
- Social network integration is a must on all pages
- Please use dark colours as little as possible
- Prefer the use grey scale icons
- Prefer the use of gradient colours in header footer etc.

Things to avoid in design

- Use of non royalty free images which we have to pay for.
- Lots and lots colours
- too much content in the home page
- Strong colours

What we need from the winning designer
