House buying company needs fresh, friendly design for growing website

We’re a house-buying company based in the UK. We buy any house in any condition. We can make an offer and buy a property in as little as 7 days, or within a timeframe to suit our client’s needs.

Our aim is to offer clients a completely convenient house sale. Homeowners choose to sell to us to avoid the time, stress, hassle and uncertainty involved in a traditional house sale.

We have a brand featuring a palette of 6 colours, and we have seen a website we'd like to imitate the style and feel of - this should provide a lot of the instruction and inspiration for the design we're looking for.

The feel of the website we've linked to below is really the look and feel we're going for.

There are a few components on the site that we've listed below. The numbering of the list items correspond with the numbered images we've attached. The images show how those components look on our website at the moment.

The current designs range from ok to dreadful. Please disregard the appearance of them completely - the important thing is to show the different types of content the site features, that we'd love your designs for.

None really. Feel free to introduce new colours, or even change the five core colours of the brand if you think it will help your design. This new trading brand is in its infancy and we are not heavily invested in the colours we have so far - so feel free to make it your own. Especially if it helps create a similar feel to the webuyanyhouse.co.uk website.

We'd like the final artwork delivered in a format we can open in Adobe Illustrator, where we can easily pull each individual image out for coding.

This may be standard practice, but just wanted to check!

We plan to do more work with the winning designer in the future as the site grows, as we investing heavily in content and the growth of the site at the moment.
