The current live site has a "customer path" from 'quote to purchase' of site is 5 pages. We aim to reduce this to 2 pages (as shown in the attached files).
Improving the layout and visuals where possible (logo can be tweaked but not changed). UK regulatory requirements mean that the content and it's wording cannot be altered.
There is also a short powerpoint which describes some of the functionality that we will be building, if possible, please incorporate this into your design improvements.
Your design will need to strike a balance between 'value', 'quality' and 'reliability'. A design that looks 'too cheap' maybe perceived as unreliable (either in paying-out on a claim or in securing payment details online). An over-designed site maybe perceived as too expensive (even before the price and cover is considered).
Clear action points for visitors is very important. Travel insurance in the UK is highly competitive and is not a product that consumers find interesting. This means that consumers want to quickly find a product and make a purchase.
