We need the site to look ULTRA luxurious, remembering that luxury is in the details. We need to move onto the coding stage soon, so we'll end the contest as soon as we see a design that we like. So submit your entry as early as you can. thank you.

::ABOUT THE SITE & LAYOUT::
This is for http://newyorkluxury.com/
The site will contain 4 main sections(homes, apts, automobiles & vacations) with the exact same design, each home page contains:
- logo
- navigation menu
- ads & sponsors
- blog content
- list of recent developments

::WHAT WE NEED::
All we need is the home page design for "Luxury Home"(this will be the landing page), and a blog content page which will be shown when user clicks on a blog article.

Final submission should be in PSD format, any non-standard font need to be provided as well. Good luck and we're looking forward to seeing your entry. We'll try to give comments on a daily basis.
