socialGO
We want some JPEG designs to be created for templates based on the constrains below. The main job you will have is creating cool header graphics and body backgrounds. These can be simple gradients and complimentary colours.
We are looking for 30 templates initially. You will need to enter 6 variations of your template to be selected as a winner.
Unlike some sites, we currently do not support complete changes of
the template.
The 5 areas which you will be able to change are :
- Primary colour
- Primary text colour (must work on top of primary colour)
- Secondary colour
- Text colour (must work on top of secondary colour)
- Header background image (This is where the real creativity happens)
- Body background image (Again here is where the additional creativity happens)To create the base template for your header backgrounds to sit on i
have created a video walkthrough of the site and explanation of how you
can use photoshop to emulate the design system we have created :

You can see some examples of designs which where made a few weeks ago plus the template jpg which i talk about in the video:

Examples of good designs would those that would appeal to the following groups :
Sports teams, schools, businesses, generic professional organizations, charities and also some funky illustrations would also be great!
Textures for the header and background must loop as they will be tilled in the background.
The user's network name needs to fit (in the header) either left, centered or right
justified so there needs to be space for this and the primary text
colour must be readable on the header background in one of those
areas.
No text in the headers, not too much photography.
No copywrited material.
