Redesign a French philosophy website to make it the marriage of simplicity and beauty

On my site, I help people better understand great ideas, great authors, and great works. My target audience is students who need to be cultured and adults who want to better understand the world and their lives. I publish almost exclusively short summaries of great ideas (e.g. politics according to Aristotle) and longer blog posts (on various topics). I follow a content marketing strategy: I collect readers' e-mail addresses and then promote my books and online courses with e-mail marketing.

I like the current design of the site, but I still want to improve it according to the following guidelines: - simplify as much as possible; - make the content easier to consume (i.e. read); - impress people with the beauty of the design (create a wow effect). Feel free to try things out - as long as it's simple, focused and beautiful - because if I fall in love with a design that's a little different than what I had planned, I will choose that design.

HEADER: I would like header to be a little smaller than the actual one, and different. I would like the header to include the following elements (from left to right): - logo of the website; - search bar; - 3 menu items; - hamburger menu. BODY OF THE ARTICLE PAGE: I would like the body of the article page to be simpler and easier to read. Therefore, I want to get rid of the following things: - small image “par ROMAIN TREFFEL”; - orange underlines; And I would like the following elements: - Title of the article: no underline (contrary to the current design), simple black, maybe a different Gotham font (or associated with Gotham); - image; - body of text: a little bigger, more space, bolder font, no more underline for the links; - links inserted between the paragraphs: something simpler, and more elegant; - e-mail form: no more image, only title, subtitle, the 2 rectangles, the 2 checkboxes, and the button. I would also like the following elements for longer blog posts: - sticky summary on the side: much simpler; - rectangle with important information; - quotes: a little bigger, more spaced out; - space for personal opinion: keep the photo, but much simpler; - comment section. PART ABOUT THE AUTHOR BEFORE THE FOOTER: I would also like to make this part simpler and more beautiful. Therefore I would only like the following elements: - my picture; - the title: 1 color is enough; - paragraph: bigger and easier to read. FOOTER: I only want the footer to follow the model (from enotes.com). HOMEPAGE: I also want to make the current homepage simpler. Therefore, I want to get rid of the white part. The new homepage will only be like a landing page, with a social proof bar, and the website footer. Therefore, I would like the following elements: - logo of the website on the top left; - title and subtitle; - e-mail form bigger and integrated into the background (not a separate square like on the current homepage); - under the main part of the page (and above the footer), a social proof bar like on this page (https://1000-idees-de-culture-generale.fr/ce-pv-e/). BLOG HOMEPAGE AND SEARCH RESULTS PAGE: I don’t like the current designs, but I don’t have a precise idea of what I would like: can you give me some suggestions?
