Sales Page For A "Mobile Marketing" E-Book+E-Cover Design

There are hundreds of E-Books out there on how to make money online. They all teach Affiliate Marketing on the Internet.
I just wrote a E-Book in German Language on How to make money with Mobile Marketing.
Its a new trend and there are hardly any tutorial products out there.

German speaking People who are:

-interested in Internet Marketing,
- already working as Affiliates and promoting products online
- who are searching for new business oppurtunities and business trends
- who want to quit their day job and get self employed
- who want to work at home

I need a fresh sales page redesign for a E-Book on how to make money with mobile marketing in german language. This product will be available on Clickbank.

I already build myself a salespage for that product, but is bit oldfashioned and boring.
Please use all texts from that site.
I need also a E-Cover design for that Ebook
The pictures I have up on my temporaly site are just placeholders and must be exchanged for e-cover designs of that E-Book or/and other pictures related to "how to make money with mobile marketing"
The Title of the E-Book is "Mobile Marketing Blueprint"
Regarding design:
The ebook is a very forward ebook without much yadda yadda yadda.
With this ebook I do alot of thinks "different" than other Ebook authors, so I also need a better looking sales page than most of the E-Book authors have :)
So maybe its a good idea to use the "blueprint" theme for the design.
But Maybe you also have a better idea than this.

All in all I want the site be not too dark...So if you use a blue header (blueprint theme) then please use white background for the texts.

I think Twitter ( http://www.twitter did a great job how they worked with blue on their Webpageredesign.

Design should be fresh and a bit more catchy than those old boring sales page design which often look horrible and cheap

If possible please aready give me a HTML Coded Site !!! Its a very simple Webpage

It consists of the Sales Page, a Thank you Page with a link to download the PDF File and 3 Simple Pages for Impressum (Imprint), Datenschutzerklärung (Privacy Notice) and Wiederrufsbelehrung (Return Policy)
Those 3 Pages can be very simple and reachable from links in the footer.
