Main Street Development Inc. is a family-owned business that specializes in high-end building/construction. They also act as hired experts in court when someone else’s contractor is being sued. They have been in business for more than a decade.

Main Street Development builds commercial buildings in hollywood, high-end, luxury eco-friendly homes, high-profile buildings around Beverly Hills, Hollywood and LA, event venues and more.

Really like this website and would like to use it as a template for the new design. We'd like for you to make it sexy, edgy, contemporary in feel- add your own creative flare.

Overall Layout and Flow:
We would like to use a Z-Pattern layout. Logo on the top left, menu to the right of the logo, main content (focus of the site) down and to the left or center if something like a photo slider, and sidebar information on the left of the main content.
