Come jgsketch ha cominciato il suo viaggio per il design di pagine internet
Buyersagents.com is a site that connects prospective real estate buyers with a local buyer’s agent and or a property of their choice. Buyersagents.com operates nationally and specializes in buying homes. A buyer’s agent is specialized in the many detailed aspects of purchasing real estate. They work with the buyer in a real estate transaction.
We are expanding our site and presence in the US. So we are looking for a new site rather than a re-design. We would like new colors, a new look and new graphics.
Dicci qualcosa su di te e sulle persone che vuoi raggiungere
Our target audience will be broad based in demographics. They will range from early 20’s to elderly. They will be educated and are looking to buy their second or first home.
The site should be professional, modern, stylish, and trustworthy and appeal to a broad base of demographics. The site needs to be intuitive, easy to read and in particular the interface on the homepage that allows users to, either find a local buyer’s agent or search for property , must be clear and easy to see and operate. We are looking for a clean design so the visitor’s eye is immediately drawn to the space on the homepage where they enter information to have a local buyer’s agent contact them or where they can search for property. This experience of requesting that a buyer’s agent contacts them or searching for a home to purchase should be the natural outcome of the homepage design and should be uncluttered and easy on the eyes.
BuyersAgents.com will need one main page designed as well as a logo.
Blues are always a popular choice, but would like to see some color.
The goal of the site is to get the customer to call an agent or to have an agent call them. Please keep this in mind when designing the site.
A crude wireframe was provided as a guide only. We need the content area to be a min of 750px wide, so the overall width might have to be larger than 960px.
Please see the attached word brief that has the details of what the page needs to have on it.
