We are an independent consumers association operating in Italy in more then 50 cities. We are starting up a web project finalized to keep the citizens informed about any resolution made by European Parlament, and how these resolution involve in everyday life of common citizens.

the target audience of this web site is every italian citizens who is interested in defending his own rights in front of the multinationals companies and the governaments. Moreover the press and the pubblic administrations itself are a target of this website.

We do require a layout for a home page of the site, for which we provide the wireframe in attach. The page must be provided of a certer page area that we conventionally call "contents area" able to alternately include a video with a short textual description or an article with a picture.
In both cases, the content area will be provided of a "comment area" just above the article or the video.

We do not require any develop of html or other kind of code, but only the graphic design executive of the page eventually in the two versions above described.

Actually the project requires also a logo that can even be just a lettering of the title "Europainrete".

This web site will live as a section of an existing website which you can find at http://www.mdc.it. That doesn't mean the graphic desing have to be the same as the chief site, but at least coordinate.
We need a design really simple and institutional as the site will speak the language of the citizens but will concern about the European Parlament, so a sober style will be most suitable.
The page must be One framed, if the content area need more space becouse of the quantity of text or of comments, the whole page must scroll and the footer must keep in the bottom of the page.
Please keep in mind the colours of European flag as the primary colours on which define the project.

it is important to keep in mind that the website we are working on is a section of this http://www.mdc.it, so although it must have a proper desing project we will appreciate a coordinated solution
