Oberstes Ziel dieser Gesundheits-Informationsdieste ist es, den Leserinnen und Lesern wertvolle Empfehlungen zu geben, - wie sie bestehende Krankheiten und Beschwerden optimal behandeln können - was sie dafür tun können, um Ihre Gesundheit bis ins hohe Alter zu bewahren - in welchen Fällen eine Alternative zur schulmedizinischen Behandlung ratsam ist - wie sie von den neuesten Erkenntnissen aus der Gesundheits-Forschung profitieren

Das Buch trägt den Titel: "100 werden, gesund bleiben" Und den Untertitel: "49 Methusalem-Tipps für ein langes Leben" Der Autor ist: Dr. Ulrich Fricke Inhalt des Buches: Anti-Aging Tipps im Bezug auf Ernährung & Vitalstoffe, Bewegung und Pflege & Haut; im Fokus stehen die 49 methusalem-Tipps für ein langes Leben, die sich durch das gesamte Buch ziehen. Das Design stelle ich mir so vor: - kräftige Farben - Titel in großer Schrift - das Cover soll Wärme und Vertrauen ausstrahlen und gleichzeitig das Interesse der potentiellen Käufer wecken -

Das Cover sollte einen bildlichen Bezug zum Titel haben. Das Altern kann bildlich dargestellt werden, ist aber kein Muss. Hierbei steht jedoch die Vitalitätim Fokus und nicht Jugendlichkeit (Bsp. Alter Mann hält Baby im Arm -> nicht gewünscht).
