The name means leadership maker. It is about coaching and training to develop leadership skills. We are a group of coachs/trainers for leadership and communication. Developing leadership in 3 areas: how to communicate effectively, how to lead teams successfully and how to lead through change. We are business coaches (with a great focus on industry/production/automotive) and the other 50% of our leaders and teams are in the health sector. We have a systemic approach, we are pragmatic and have business background and practical work experience in the corporate world (ourselves).

Colors are blue/light blue and grey (dark/light) as well as black. Showing a team and/or an F (for Führungsmacher) in the logo and/or a leader (as part of the team - not in front of a team...) maybe in a half circle or similar.
