Design an Exposé for a centrally based apartment house in Berlin

People looking for a new - centrally placed - apartment in Berlin. The apartments are of decent standard and moderately priced. So the overall style should not be over the top, but still communicate a certain value and quality.

We want to create an exposé which informs potential buyers about the advantages of our building. The exposé should reflect the characteristic form of the building (examples given in the pictures as well as ground plans) and communicate a significant value. Our first association of the buidling was that of a cruise ship, but we are very open for other well placed ideas. The style should be something special while beeing serious and clean at the same time. Additionally we will create a website based on the winner's design. Therefore we need all existing rights on the final design. In case the winner would like to offer the design of the webpage as well. This could be managed with a second job.
