Xenomenal or just an Xº needs a new logo

This is a start up company, we are launching a website that its focused on promoting local business online, local people supporting local businesses, a listing of local business with reviews, our idea it't to minimize the effort of searching for a service. we will also include a free classifieds section. We want people to go to our website and find the product or service in a matter of minutes, simplicity in the browsing. Our target is anybody that wants a service locally and wants to find it fast

I would like to see an X with a º on the top right corner inside a circle, but I am open to other designs: Xº I would like for the logo to be eventually a household logo, the name of my company its a little long: Xenomenal, I would like people to relate the name by looking at the logo, simple, catchy, easy to the eye, but at the same time modern, pleasant for the older gen and the new one.
