Our concept is based on physiological assessments of the physical abilities of our clients. Our goal is to provide everyone with access to the physical preparation systems and methods of professional athletes. All of our training programs start with a physiological and motivational assessment. Then our physical trainers develop a personalized training protocol, directly drawn from the assessments and the targeted objective.
