Target group are people in Zurich, Switzerland between mainly between 18-60 eating out every day due to university, work etc. Our venture is a healthy convenience restaurant/take away using locally grown/produced ingredients. We offer mainly, müesli, salads and soup created with the ingredients the client chose. Target are all kind of (business) people to provide them healthy food prepared with love in a market garden/urban gardening but not kitschy atmosphere (indoor).

The name "Gärtnerei" means "market garden" - the place where vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown, planted by gardeners. We wan't people to feel again a connection to where there food comes from - but in a subtle/stylish/homefeel design. We are open to very different designs from classical, to simple modern ones, ones with a picture or round ones. Impress and inspire us!
