Inner city builder and developer in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Modern and young city. INNÜRSKAPE stands for INNÜR (for inner city) and SKAPE (Means create in Norwegian). Currently building a Modern, flat roof, LEED Certified (Energy efficient, green build) 4 unit townhome project with solar panels. Want to build very stylish, high quality, modern properties. (Project seen in images with sideyard and people playing). Designing a trendy 20 unit building as seen in images. I like Scandinavian modern home designs, so a bit of a bit of a Scandinavian flair would be great. We will sell to a range of people between 20-50. Most will probably be 20-30 years old.

PLEASE NO ROOF PEAKS IN THE DESIGNS.! Nearly every realtor and home builder try to put a peaked roof in their designs. There are many types of roof pitches. One pitch at an angle or multiple pitches can be cool but no ^ to show people we build houses. I love the Ø in Norweigian. The FÜLLERICH is my favorite. It shows a rough sketch of a building, but not a completed building drawing. Fight store columns are also cool. I like darker colours with something that pops like the red one. Open for other colours though. Last two images are buildings we are building to give our style as context.
