Design a logo for Sjávarborg (Guesthouse & Café in Iceland)

Sjávarborg is a guesthouse and Cafe in a small fishing village on the west coast of Iceland.

The property used to be called Harbour Hostel and is a white house in a small fishing village on the west coast of Iceland. We are currently cladding the house with Copper Brown corrugated iron so the building will have another look to it in late May. "Sjávar" means Ocean/Sea and "borg" means City/town. Stykkisholmur, the town where the property is located is famous for it's beautiful scenery and most of the people living there used to go out for fishing in small boats in the morning. Sjávarborg was the building where the fishermen kept the ice to cool the fish when they brought the fish up on land and in into large containers so it could be shipped to the capital. We want to have one brand for both the Cafe and the Guesthouse as there is one lobby for guests and that is the Cafe area. The Cafe the open to the public and guests at the Guesthouse. The building is 100+ years old so the brand will need to reflect that as well - Nothing to new and shiny..
