LOCATION We are going to open a restaurant located in the suburbs of Rome, in the area of Acilia. The restaurant is included in a sport center with GYM and swimming pool. As you may see in the photos attached, the restaurant was built recently using eco-friendly materials, especially wood, and it is characterized by a high ceiling and a central column. MENU Our Italian experienced chef will take care of the menu characterized by high quality food and raw fish and meat. We will serve Italian dishes, in particular pasta, raw and cooked starters of fish, raw starters of meat, grilled fish, grilled meat, hand-made desserts. We will also serve hand-made pizza with our Master pizzaiolo (Maestro pizzaiolo). In particular, several kind of pizzas, long ripening pizzas, 13 cereals pizzas, gluten-free pizzas. We will serve some selected good quality wines and beers. We will start serving dinner only. CONSUMER Our target client is 25/40 year single men/women or couple with young kids, who pay attention to the quality of the food and to the beauty of the location. The brand we choose is the Italian word FAMELICO (ravenous in English)
