Ich biete Personal- und Gruppentrainings an. Jeder kann Sport machen und fitter werden. Es ist ganz einfach. Easy peasy halt. Ich helfe meinen Personal-Training-Kunden dabei, einen für Sie geeigneten Weg zu finden. In den Gruppentrainings verbinde ich Spaß, mit intensivem Training. Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist, dass die meisten meiner Trainings in der Natur stattfinden. Meine Zielgruppe sind meistens eher unfitte frauen zwischen 20 und 50, die durch mich den Weg zu einem gesünderen Leben finden. I
