"Schmolter Wild- & Wurstspezialitäten" ist eine kleine Familien-Fleischerei für Nischenprodukte. I.d.R. wird ausschließlich Wild (Reh, Wildschwein usw.) verarbeitet. Die Vermarktung der Fertigprodukte (Wurstwaren & Co.) erfolgt im Direktvertrieb auf regionalen Wochenmärkten (eigener Verkaufswagen) sowie im regionalen Handel.

Dem Kunden schwebt ein Rundsatz des Firmennamens "Schmolter Wild- & Wurstspezialitäten" vor, wobei "Schmolter" im oberen Halbkreis und der Rest im unteren Halbkreis stehen sollte. Zwingende Voraussetzung ist dieser Art jedoch nicht, daher freut sich der Kunde auch über andere, komplett abweichende Vorschläge. Gerne darf der stilisierte Kopf eins Mufflons eingearbeitet werden. In jedem Fall soll das Logo nicht "altbacken", sondern modern und frisch wirken.
