(English description see below) Es handelt sich um ein Kurs - und Personaltraining Studio. Ich werde Gruppenkurse, je nach Kursformat, mit max. 5-7 Teilnehmer/innen und 1:1 Einzeltrainings anbieten. Die Teilnehmer/innen sollen in meinem Studio ein Wohlfühlort finden, der einen Ausgleich zum Alltag bietet. Die Zeit in meinem Studio soll eine Auszeit sein, in der die Teilnehmer/innen Energie auftanken können, nur mal ganz bei sich sind und für Körper, Geist und Seele etwas Gutes tun. Zentrale Aspekte sind der Aufbau von körperlich Kraft und die Anwendung moderner Trainingskonzepte. Meine Kunden sollen reinkommen, sich direkt wohlfühlen und auf das Training freuen - es soll kein Zwang sein. Ich möchte eine Atmosphäre erzeugen die sich am besten wie folgt beschreiben lässt: - „Jetzt mache ich was für mich“ - „Auszeit“ - „Me-time“ - „sich nett unterhalten“ - „sich mit anderen Mitgliedern austauschen und entspannen“ Mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und gutem Kaffee möchte ich diese Möglichkeit anbieten. Folgende Kurse werde ich anbieten: • Pränatal: Mama Workout mit Babybauch, Yoga in der Schwangerschaft • Postnatal: Mama Workout nach der Geburt – Stärkung des Beckenbodens • Nach der Rückbildung, Back in Shape/ Kraftzirkel • Rückenpower • Dynamic Pilates • Full Body Workout – Zirkeltraining • Personaltraining • Im Sommer zusätzlich: Outdoor Kurse & Bootcamp Kurse ZIELGRUPPE: Meine Zielgruppe für die Gruppenkurse sind überwiegend Mütter im Alter von 25 - 40, die nach der Geburt oder während der Schwangerschaft etwas für ihre körperliche Gesundheit tun wollen, um sich wieder in ihrem Körper wohlzufühlen. Das Personaltraining richtet sich an Männer und Frauen im Alter von 18 bis 65 Jahre. Personaltraining „leisten“ sich meist zahlungskräftige Kunden. Das Wort bzw. der Markenname "Willenskraft" ist zweideutig zu verstehen, zu einem soll man Kraft aufbauen (muskulär/körperlich), zum anderen aber auch mental (seelische Kraft/Energie), um den Alltag besser zu meisten. Dazu braucht man einen Willen, zu einem um den Schweinehund zu überwinden und zum anderen den Willen durchzuhalten und dran zubleiben. - This is a personal course - and personal training studio.
