Fast Casual Poké Restaurant, similar to the Chipotle ordering style Poké is a hawaiian dish with raw fish similar to sushi Cubed fish over rice or green salad and topped with avocado, crab meat, green onions and other toppings

I'd like to explore the following colors: Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury. Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication. Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.

The food concept is: Poké I want the design to be clean and minimalistic, even though it is a Hawaiian dish i want it to have a clearer modern look Color scheme in the restaurant is white and black chalkboard paint and probably some reclaimed wood or light grey wood. i will attach photos The Design Concept: Revolves around the "Lab" I have the idea to incorporate a periodic table type design for the menu, I will attach photos and maybe the element squares The Logo idea is using the Period Squares/Elements Po, Ke (Not Real) Then La and then b. Its like the breaking bad design sort of.. I will attach photos The problem I am having is that the domain i own is ThePokeLab.com, I am not able to get the pokelab.com website So the biggest questions is do i need "the" in the logo design or not?
