We have a registered trademark (see attached) which we are using in full service Mexican ... We want to expand the business to a fast casual service ... We want to somehow incorporate some of the elements of our current logo and perhaps a symbol that people will understand that its the same restaurant but with much faster (chipotle like) ... I was thinking add some sort of train so that people understand it is not the full service restaurant but a fast casual limited service restaurant but the same high quality ...
