We specialise in enhancing human performance. From the elite athlete to the individual that has no training experience, we understand that the principles for making improvements are the same - seek the relative stress to promote the appropriate adaptation, and once we know what this is, intelligently progress training, ensuring that injury prevention is our first consideration before anything else. Our clients are mostly elite athletes or high-net worth individuals who undertake body transformation programmes followed by on-going personal training for multiple sessions per week.

Areté means the act of living up to your full potential. The logo attached is the current logo, one thing I would like to keep, not necessarily exactly as it is there, is the curve. I like the idea of being able to use this as an abstract symbol for the company, in the same way Nike has it's swoosh and Adidas has the 3 lines etc. The curve in the current logo represents the stress-adaptation (supercompensation) cycle, which is included in the documents below, and this underpins our whole philosophy of training.
