Our company aims to reduce food waste in early production stages by using pomaces from the juicing process to create fiber additives for the food industry. All the pomaces are upcycled from local cold-pressed juice companies and processed to create our products. We sell these additives to food companies looking to create healthier products by adding fiber and flavor from natural sources.
