Hello creative and talented risk takers! Milbrandt Vineyards needs a new label for its Rosé wine. The design is for a burgundy-style bottle for this contest. Upon awarding the designer, we will then give more money to the winner after the contest to carry the winning design over to a canned Rosé (6.4 oz/160ml can). So keep in mind that whatever you submit for the bottle, should also work nicely on a can later. You would be paid for the extra adjustment to fit the design on a can after the contest. (NOTE: this contest is only for a wine label on a burgundy-style bottle.) We are definitely interested in clear labels or labels that have "cut outs" in them where you can see the wine shining through holes in the label. The color of our Rosé is a darker pink (see our current vintage attached). Design: Think elegant, ethereal, feminine but with an edge. We are interested in clear labels for the bottle but with a design that can cross over to a can later. Another idea is vintage aesthetics (1920s-30s/art deco geometrics) may work as well. We've attached our tree logo in case you' like to incorporate it too, but you do not have to. Front Label Needs This Info: Milbrandt Vineyards (logo attached) Rosé 2016 Columbia Valley Washington 12.5% ALC./VOL. Back Label info to come once design is awarded. Cap (screw cap): grey cap on burgundy-style bottle. Or light pink cap. We don't have specific dimensions for the label - feel free to get creative.
