WordPress is a user-friendly and highly customizable CMS so I will create a unique Homepage that will stand out from the rest.
The design can be done in Photoshop/Figma.
Unlimited revisions on each page.
Once the homepage is done and determined, will start the inner pages.
Custom icons and layout.
No third-party template will be used.
No copyright issue will be there.
Choosing colors, fonts, and overall styling will be based on the brand guide and target audience.

1. Editable source file (Figma or PSD)
2. Font files as used in the design throughout.
3. Text file of the links of external stock images, font, and icons used in the design.
4. PDF or PPT presentation if agreed upon.
