1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 - I retain the right to reproduce, publish and display the Deliverables in my portfolios, websites, and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Deliverables in connection with such uses.

1.2 - The client agrees that in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than a violation of the terms established by the Designer, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

1.3 - The turnaround time of 20 days refers to the period until the first drafts are presented. The remaining time until completion of the project depends on the nature of your feedback and revisions needed (if any).

1.4 - Duration of the project may not exceed 30 days, starting with the date payment was secured unless agreed otherwise.

1.5 - All project entitlements will transfer to the customer upon release of the project payment.

1.6 - Should you require a project to remain fully private, an additional 25% fee will be charged.

1.7 - In the case of a more complicated project (eg: more versions of the logo, logo combined with partners' logos, etc.) extra charges may apply.

1.8 - If the customer chooses to receive more than one option as a final project, they will be charged an amount of $199 for each new option selected.

1.9 - All projects presented that are not selected as final design can be used by the designer as he wishes.

NOTE

Make sure to understand and agree with the above. Selecting the service will constitute acceptance of these Terms.
